Shipping & Pick-Up Policy for Cup Cakerie

At Cup Cakerie, we aim to make receiving your orders as convenient and secure as possible. Please review the following options for shipping and pick-up:

Delivery Service

We utilise the services of Australia Post for all deliveries. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. However, delivery times depend on Australia Post and are beyond our control.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post estimates the following delivery times:

• Greater Sydney Area: Approximately 3-4 business days

• Other Locations: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries may occur anytime between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm on business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Pick-Up Option

For your convenience, we also offer order pick-up from our location in Nowra, NSW. Simply select the pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Fragile Items

We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, items such as edible sugar flowers and decorations are inherently delicate. The buyer assumes all risks of breakage during transit.
